I will never use Perry Buick again. I was never informed that my Jeep was finished. I received an email that stated it would be ready on 9/19. Then a few hours later I received an email asking for confirmation that I picked up my vehicle. I moved my work schedule on Monday to be able to pick up my Jeep. I called to figure out the situation. I was told I could pick up after hours until 7:00 at the service department. When I arrived at 6:45pm on Friday the service department was close. I then had to change my work wch file for a 3rd time to be able to pick up my Jeep. When I arrived they told me they did not have my keys, and no one knew if my Jeep was ready or not. I have now lost several hours of work and had to pay out of pocket for an extra day in my rental. I would never recommend this shop. I also made USAA aware of this issue and they are reevaluating their partnership with the shop.

Outstanding work

I am happy so far. My vehicle needs more work as the side clips on the after-market replacement part are not holding the side panels on. Vance is ordering the clips. The body shop has great to work with.
