I dropped my car off on Monday. All week, the text and email updates informed me that my car was on track and scheduled to be done on Friday. On Wednesday, the text update said my car was being prepped for paint, on Thursday it said it was entering the painting stage of repair and was still on track to be done on Friday. On Friday when I called to see when I could pick it up, I was informed via voicemail that the bumper that was ordered didn't fit, and they were going to re-order, and it would be ready Monday. When it was picked up on Monday, and we questioned why it took all week to realize the bumper didn't fit, we were told the first bumper was actually broken and not repairable, which was why it had to be re-ordered. I don't understand why I was sent inaccurate text and email updates, or why I was told conflicting stories about why the bumper had to be re-ordered. I also don't understand why your business isn't open on weekends. We ended up having to wait 3 extra days for our vehicle, and we don't even know really know why.

I understand that this is very busy time of year, and it appears my insurance company was not the best in follow up, but the lack of communication, long wait for an assessment of damages, and delay in completion was extremely frustrating. However, the car looks great now and I am grateful for that. I believe this was probably a rare experience for your company. I regret having to give a less than excellent review, but I must be honest about the situation.

Overall. Was satisfied. But forgot to reset the head rests. Otherwise liked the updates People there were very nice. Pleasant to work with.

Bit of a bump in the paint, glad it's being fixed, but not thrilled about having to bring the car back and find someone to take me there to drop it off and pick it up.

The entire process was smooth. Props to the staf who stayed after close of business so i could pick up my truck after i got off work.
