My car took over 2 weeks longer than expected to be fixed. Although I understand that supplemental damage can and was found, through out the entire process I found myself constantly calling to get updates since it was hard to get an answer of when my car would be ready. Every time someone would finally call me back the date the car was expected to be done was pushed back another week because they were "extremely backed up". I don't understand why you would take on more cars if you cannot finish the ones you already have. Once I explained that I could not afford the rental car beyond the 30 days I already had it out for, I was told that I could have a loaner car or I would be helped out with my current rental expenses. Upon hearing this I was told my car would be ready within 3 days, if not first thing the next week and a loaner car would definitely be ready (since it was so backed up I was unable to use the loaner usually available for these situations). After not hearing back for another week, no loaner available and leaving multiple messages I was getting very frustrated with the hundreds of dollars I was spending on a rental due to your business being backed up. At this point accruing over 400 in additional rental charges. Enterprise (rental) then contacted your body shop and was told by a representative that the additional rental charges from the back up would be covered. I finally felt relieved and issued a refund. However the next day, after I had picked up my car and paid the deposit, I noticed I was charged an additional payment from Enterprise. This was because when Enterprise went to pick up the rental, they were told that Coleman was now only paying 100 of the total 400 that was owed for the extension on the rental. After going back on their word that they would pay the original cost of the rental past the time that it should have been done. I could not believe that this was even possible!! I feel as though I was completely taken advantage of and would absolutely NEVER refer anyone to your shady business. I was completely disappointed that I spent my hard earned money at your business. I can understand that it takes time to do a lot of the work that needed to be done, but I should have been told from the start that you were very backed up and it would not be done in the time expected so I could weigh my options as I do not have the time or money when another body shop could have it done in time. I had great hopes after hearing great things about your business through word of mouth but could not have been more disappointed.

Great work but expected the whole side of the car where the accident was to be painted and not just the one door. But that may have to do with the insurance.

Car was done very well. NJM changed their mind on the scratch on inside of my trunk which I was not informed of. it was just touched up No big deal.. I want this on record in case the touchup chips. Other then that very satisfied with coleman's repair. I should have been told my car estimate was changed rather then noticing it myself.
