I was initially disappointed that my car was not fully fixed on its first repair attempt. However, to Goad's credit, when I took the car back in the missed damage (air intake duct) was repaired without hesitation or hassle. Also, all the workers were very courteous and helpful to me, which unfortunately I've found isn't often the case elsewhere.

When I picked up my car it was leaking coolant. Why would I want my car halfway repaired? Whoever I spoke said he told me the car would be leaking coolant. I don't recall that conversation. I wanted the car completely repaired. I'm very dissatisfied. I will have a different shop complete the job.
