The experience in total was excellent from the beginning and all the way through. I didn't have to wait when I arrived which is what I valued the most. The people where very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information. My car was repaired as agreed and in the promised time frame. I am very satisfied with the services I received.

The car was fine. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Nobody called me about my car even though they said they would. It took at least four calls to get somebody to say they would call me back-and then they never did. That happened twice. If I hadn't followed up and had my insurance company call my car would probably still be there and I'd still be in the dark. Absolutely miserable experience.

There were some commication issues I think more an issue with gieco. **** was very helpful and he was cool even with my ex pression of my frustration. He did an excellent job. Highly recommend you comend him on his job. Alan K

The time it took for such a minor repair was absolutely absurd. A small paint job should not have taken 8 days. I was in a rental vehicle for that long and this could or should have been prevented. I was totally dissatisfied with this portion of my service. I will say that Nigel was very professional, courteous and polite. He did what he could and the service time frame was out of his control. I am normally one who gets my services done with Honda in Weston but was advised that they're no longer contracted with Geico. But I will not have services performed again with AutoNation.
