Waited an hour when I dropped off the car initially (between the inspection and rental car stuff) which is hard with an 8 year old and 8 month old. Other than that everyone was courteous and the job was satisfactory. I also appreciated the car being vacuumed and washed when I picked it up. That was a nice touch.
