Brought my truck in for an estimate on a Thursday and was courteously welcomed by rep. Jennifer Llerena. She inspected my truck and offered me a preliminary estimate and an estimated time for repairs. A few days later, Tuesday, Jennifer contacted me to inform me my truck was ready. I inquired if having purchased the truck from AutoNation entitled me to a discount. She said yes and adjusted my bill. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service rep and the repaired job.

Autonation representative Christopher Levy was excellent he kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle while it in was repair, very thorough and professional easy to talk with. The mechanics did an excellent job, when I got my car back it looked brand new. I am very satisfied with the service I received from the Pembroke Pines Autonation Collision Center.

I still satisfied becouse I notice yesterday ****/15/2019 that the emblem that they put infront of the car fell off, and the door knowledge that supposed to be pain is not completed painted. I call I’m they told me to take it back

Chris did a great job responding back to me giving me updates about my car and helping me out with the overall experience. Also the lady that helped me at the front desk was very sweet as well. If I ever need work done I will definitely be coming back.

Our Collision Estimator, Christopher Levy, treated us with understanding and respect from our first visit. Levy helped us located difficult-to-find replacement parts for our '94 Honda Civic. In the body shop, George Salmon removed a severely damaged passenger door and replaced it with a junkyard door that we brought to him. His prep work and attention to detail was outstanding. **** Mike Nyman is extraordinary. He applied paint and clear coat with a TLC that thrilled us beyond description. Shop supervisor Graham Haynes coordinated all the work with great expertise. Our relationship with the AutoNation Collision Center in Pembroke Pines grew better and better during the weeks leading up to the work commencing and culminated with delivery of our repaired vehicle ahead of schedule. On the day of delivery, Chris Levy was moving our vehicle from the paint shop to the front parking area at AutoNation Collision Center. During the short transit, a heater hose hose burst, depleting the coolant and making the vehicle undeliverable. Levy purchased replacement parts at a nearby auto parts store and repaired our vehicle on-the-spot. We picked up the vehicle a few hours later. Where else do you find service like that? There may be others who were involved in this project. We apologize if we don't know their names. Nevertheless, we appreciate their efforts and exceptional work. No doubt, we'll recommend the AutoNation Collision Center in Pembroke Pines to all our friends and professional associates. Thank you for a job well done.

Car seems to be completely repaired and items were thoroughly corrected I have not noticed anything operating abnormally and so far , after Friday Pick up , car is driving well. Thanks to all involved and congrats on a job well done.

Chris made sure everything was done...even hooked up the radio as it was disconnected with the repair and an extra piece that was left in the car and not installed, he did... only bad thing, was the car was not given back clean, and it was not that way when I brought it in...
