Estimated time of work three or four maximum.paid rental car eight days. Unneccessary and very annoying Tag not secured properly. Having been a customer for over ten years. Have always received excellent service from Service Department and Sales leaving collision a lot to be drsired.

From the moment you walk in the door everyone is super nice. I love the daily updates about the status of your car. In all my years I have not experienced this any where you go. Jennifer Llerena, Jameelah Guyton & Robert Collin absolutely the best in customer service super nice. Love them.???????? I really hope that Autonation Geico & Entrprise really values does employees. It us very hard to find Employees that really want to work and help the customer. Thanks to them for my great experience and the the men in the bodyshop that did a great job fixing my car. Hi! It is my first experienced at automation collision center, I have driven Maroone vehicles and now autonation for more than 15 years. My repair was a Geico insurance repair. The system Geico repair works perfect, however it is the first time, that I approached to a service desk and they told me here is your key, your car is park on the right side. I had to go and check where the car was and inspected by myself I found some issues that I directed to the service manager; they scratch the interior handle. He said that they are going to replace it, and somebody will call me or my wife to make an appointment and it is going to take 20 minutes or maybe half hour. I am not happy with the repair service, they left a minor dent also on the door that they repaired, manufacture fender label was painted, My expectation that was going to be like new on the parts affected by the accident, obviously it wasn't . My questions are, where is the customer service that walk with to your car and ask you if you are satisfied with the work?, do you think that it is easy schedule appointments to pass more time for car repairs? Since you had my car for 6 days and you called to tell me that it was ready, where is you final quality inspection?. Maybe my expectations were too high about Autonation. All of you guys where really nice, amazing IT system, I have a written warranty, but with the service itself I am not 100 percent satisfied. Thank you for your time!

I thought the repairs were very good on the car, but there was one small area on the car where I thought they failed to matched the paint well. This was the part of the metal frame around the windshield on the passenger side.
