The detail crew also did a great job. My wife said the car never looked better. I will certainly use AutoNation Collision Center again if needed!

I would like to personally thank Chris for his excellent service and treating my wife and me in such a professional and caring way.

From the very beginning, my experience with USAA was extremely positive. When deciding what decision to make as to how to proceed with my insurance claim, to effect my vehicle repairs through State Farm, the at fault driver’s insurance or through my own, USAA, I ask where would USAA send my vehicle for repairs. When the answer was AutoNation Collision Center, there was no doubt I would choose that option, even though it may cost me $500.00 paying my deductible, subject to reimbursement when USAA and State Farm resolved this claim. I assisted my Step-Son with his insurance claim while he was stationed in South Korea in the US Army. I had a very positive experience on that occasion and it was repeated once again now, fully justifying my decision. I was kept informed through the process, all options explained, all questions answered by Jeff. He completely satisfied me throughout the repair process. Thank you Jeff, great job! The repairs are completely first rate, returning my vehicle completely to before accident condition. I would not hesitate to recommend AutoNation Collision Center to others, should any collision repairs become necessary.

very bad service I was delivered the car 3 days after the promised I had to pay 3 more days of rental car when I delivered the car was stained internal tapestry and the front glass had paint remains (seasoned)
