The staff was professional and friendly however communication was poor. I had to reach out at least three times to check on the status of my vehicle.
I wasn't upset about the various issues with the parts from BMW, but if things were communicated better it could have made for a better experience.

First off the employees messed up my interior of my car put there feet all over my door panels and dashboard. Also put the parts token off the car back into my car and damage my interior. Also damage the new front bumper putting it on and damaged my side door sill where they put the fender on. I had two floor matts come up missing out my trunk and I called asked about it and the managers denies anyone took anything out my car. I will never use your business again for anything horrible experience and unprofessional.

I was absolutely satisfied with the quality care my car received at South Loop. They were extremely helpful, knowledgable, and time efficient. I had my car returned to me a week earlier than anticipated and it looks as if I just drove it off of the car lot again. When I first dropped off my car, I sat outside blowing my horn several times. Pat opened the door, looked at me and then closed it back. I waited for her to say something but I had to blow again. That was not a way to welcome a new customer. However, the work on my car was good.

There is a clear sticky substance splattered on the inside of my windshield and my rear view mirror. Also, the hatchback inside window is not clean. There is a dirty frost on the mirror.

I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I was called promptly after I filed the claim. I was scheduled for a time to come in and get estimate. I missed the scheduled time 3 times and the team continued to work with me without any type of attitude. I finally was able to bring the car in and your team coordinated the drop off to the rental car location and had the car repaired and back to me in a week! Thanks and I will recommend this shop to others.
