We are dissatisfied with the paint color match. We expressed our dissatisfaction when we picked up the car. We were told the manager would be told and that Kentucky Collision would provide a rental car at no cost to us while the car was repainted. Since then we understand nothing will be done. We're also dissatisfied with having to pay for a rental car for 9 days when the estimate was for 4 days.

Took much longer than expected and I had to call each day it was expected to be done only to be told it would not be done. Someone should call when they find out it will take longer.

Excellent whoever gave them ever a bad review. Was not of a sound mind.

My repair took an entire month. One example- they waited until the last week to order a new tire, when it was obvious from the start that the tire was shredded. Then the tire was backordered and they had to wait. Also, the car is out of alignment, and I will have to take it locally to be fixed.

While I hope I won't need your services again any time soon, in the event that I do I will go no where else. Completely satisfied.

They did great I took a different car to bluegrass auto body and they were horrible. So I was skeptical but they did very good work and I would definitely use them in the future.

You guys seemed to have done incredible work on my car. It is greatly appreciated and valued to have trustworthy work. My only suggestion in lieu of the times would be to at least have physical follow up phone call with your customers so that they will be assured of what's coming. The emails were great and timely for the most part, but just like in surgery, you wouldn't want your baby in the OR (for the first time with a doctor you don't know very well or at all) and not hear physically from the doctors at some point(to at least calm anxiety and know you can trust the work/surgery being done). I believe the car process was the same way for us. Even though we saw emails we didn't hear from physically from anybody without initiating the call first. I think it would behoove you all and be of great value to your business to follow up with a physical phone call just to see if customers have any questions or anxieties that you can easily calm without them having to call you first. May not work every time, but it's worth the try and definitely would not hurt you all. Overall we are satisfied and felt like we could trust the work after we've seen the finished product! Thanks

There's a small spot on the tail gate looks like it has work marks and when they buff trying to remove them they buff through paint, besides that looks good.

They were extremely attentive to detail and concerns I had. I prefer to learn about how things and why things happen the way they do and they took time to teach me. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Don.
