The repairs on the Porsche Cayenne was very good , in my opinion top grade. i am very pleased. Regarding communication i would like to have had more direct and specific information along the way, it would have help make the experience involve guesswork with insurance claim adjusters and rental car planning. thank you for your time an opportunity to contribute. i would recommend Hendrick to fellow clients, with and understanding of the process initially that i was comfortable with. I was impressed with Chris’ attentiveness and his willingness to help easy the burden and inconvenience of my fender bender. He went out of his way to help me uninstall/reinstall my two toddlers car seats into the rental vehicle and then back into my vehicle once the repair was complete.
