The work was great but my vehicle was there from July 23 until September 23 which I feel was too long. I understand that the insurance was an issue as well as employee illness which delayed work being done. I also understand having issues with parts . The updates I received were helpful but very frustrating at times as they were generic. I really didn't know what was going on. I am very satisfied with the work, my car looks great, the process was just lengthy and very stressful for me. I feel that Karen and Kayla did a good job and were also frustrated with the insurance company. I have always trusted Hendrick with my car and will continue to do so . This experience is something that I hope that I never have again.

The repairs were done perfectly. The team kept me informed of the delays due to supply chain issues. While the repair took 2 months, I was very satisfied that my car was in good hands, and Chris H and Dean cared about keeping me informed. Thank you! Over spray was all over the car. I had to bring it back to point it out. The service guys Cory and his boss were nice enough to correct it. Today I found my the plastic trim around my quarter panel was not snapped on properly and there’s significant amount of over spray on my windshield. I’ve been completely inconvenienced During this 2 month process. I’m very disappointed in the quality.

In addition to taking 7 weeks instead of 2 to complete repairs, my drivers side seatbelt was broken while in possession of Hendrick Collision. Communication was also a challenge throughout the repair process.

I specifically chose your shop for the repair of our vehicle because of the great reputation of the Hendrick brand. I have purchased Lexus, Audi and Acura vehicles from Hendrick over the last many years and have been very satisfied with the consistently excellent customer experience.
The experience with your body shop, however has been a disappointing exception.
Upon picking up the vehicle following the completion of repairs, I discovered that the A/C was no longer working. This fact alone was very frustrating, as the A/C was in perfect working order when it went into the shop. What exacerbated this was then the manner in which the service manager chose to handle the matter. While Randal was professional and courteous, his way of addressing the problem would require that I invest yet more time and expense by taking the vehicle to the Acura dealership for a ‘diagnostic’.
The A/C line was clearly damaged through the repair process, and not as a result of the accident that caused the rear bumper damage. We had driven it for over a month following the accident with no issues whatsoever, so the one week or so in the shop would not have revealed any preexisting damage to the A/C.
I will never again bring my vehicles into this shop for body work. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

My rim still has an scratch on it and there was glue from my car being taped all over my car. The rim was supposed to be ordered and I was supposed to have it installed in a week. It’s been more than a week. My car was given back to me and it wasn’t cleaned. Normally I would think it should be cleaned and at least the tape glue removed.
