My car looks fabulous. The paint match is perfect, the crew buffed out an unrelated scratch and detailed the interior! I am so pleased! Randall was communicative throughout the process and very professional. Thanks for the attention to detail!!!

The repairs took much longer than expected with very little communication or understanding why. The explanations were always vague and there never seemed to be any sense of urgency. Even until the last day when the car was being washed there was still no commutation. I had to call to find or my car could be picked up that day. When I picked up my car my service advisor didn’t even walk out to say thank you or offer any apologies for the delays.

I was very happy with Rick. He did a fantastic job communicating and keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Furthermore when I left and the seat belt alarm wasn’t working right, he didn’t waste anytime bringing the vehicle back in and taking care of the issue quickly. I was appreciative.
