Following a car accident in early November, I had my car towed to Hendrick for the repair work. Unfortunately, damage to the shift connector was not discovered until all the other repairs were completed. I had to take my car into my usual auto repair place where the problem was diagnosed. That took 2 days. I am scheduled to bring it in next week for the actual repairs to be done.

I am completely satisfied the mechanical part of the work but there is plenty of room to improve on your communication and administration part. Because of the poor communication, I lost insurance sponsored vehicle, which caused tremendous amount of difficulty to manage my daily work.

I have gone over this that the door gap is way off the molding sits higher and the paint is wavy on the quarter panel and I got told it’s a Teska that what you get. The manager of the body shop said to bring it in and he would check it out but after months without a car paying for insurance and everything I don’t have hours to sit around and wait. It’s the holiday season I’m moving and don’t have time to miss from work and be stuck when it should of been fixed the first time property and the service person when I told him should of not said it’s a Teska that’s to be expected. The car was covered in dirt and I could see it then the service person wiped the dirt with his hand, and not spray it off and wipe it off so it wasn’t causing scratches. But it’s a Tesla and I guess I get what I get and it doesn’t matter

Hendrick Customer service is outstanding! I was kept informed as my repair processed progressed. Dawn ensured that all of my concerns were addressed. When an adjustment to the exhaust was needed during my current medical issue with my vision, Dawn picked up my car had the necessary work completed, and brought the car back. After waiting months to get in for an estimate, we then waited over a month for the repair. Understanding wait times for parts can be unpredictable, we imagined to receive much more information about how long the actual repair would take once we finally got in for the car to be assessed. Disappointed in lack of communication and updates. Happy with overall repair!
