Everyone treated us wonderfully and the repair was completed ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, there is a bubble in the paint which will require further attention.

There was very little communication via e-mail during the week that you had my car. Progression on the repairs were ver, very slow. Dean was extremely helpful during the process. I had to make multiple phone calls to gain information on the progress. Very pleased with the outcome of the repairs

My repair job had to be finished after I came to pick it up because they didn’t buff out the scuff rite in the middle of the repair and then on my way home the trim they had off came loose and I had to fix that myself. Not what I expected from what is supposed to be the best in the business

Chet was AMAZING! He went over and beyond to ensure my car was repaired to perfection. Even after my insurance company wanted to do a half job, Chet refused to repair my car under their circumstances. Chet communicated consistently and clearly throughout the entire process. Though Chet ( my service adviser) was very helpful and kept me informed through the repairs and delivery but it really took so long of a time which I didn’t anticipate at the time I towed my vehicle to your facility nor was I advised that it can take that long. Also as I drive my vehicle now, I will know more if everything is in place and good condition Thanks
