I had to9 eave the car ther for a minor repair while the part was ordered. The repair did not effect the roadworthy ability of the car. The car was out of service for 7 days to replace a mirror that took less than a day to attach.
I asked to keep the car and return when the part was in, advised they was not allowed. Pure Bunk.

Dean did an excellent job of taking me through the process and everything was done within the timeline quoted.
That being said my experience with Hertz was not the same as they took 30 minutes to pick me up and spent another 30 minutes getting a car. Should not be an hour process!

To make the process easier on the customer it would help to have a process guide provided at the beginning. Knowing steps and typical timing would have eased my mind and kept me from continually calling looking for updates. Also, if any body imperfections could be reviewed before a repair starts, it would be a benefit for customers. Finally, the smell after repair - whether it be from cleaning or the repair chemicals itself, would be nice to know how to get rid of! It is stiffening.

The inside of my car was returned in a complete mess things were out of place, dust everywhere and a strong odor that wasn't there before. I will never recommend this so called luxury center. I didn't realize how bad everything was until later that day, but furthermore this is definitely unacceptable.

Took to long for repairs, not great communication with insurance company could not get adjusters to agree to suplment until I got involved, had to turn rental car in because it took 7 days longer. Got call said car ready but you have to pay before we can let you have car. You were willing to let my car sit until you got paid, bad business so I paid , asked has ins paid they said no. . I call insurance company they said usually shop will asked is it approved , or checks cut insurance said they would send ayment to me direct. Just took offenence that I had to pay or no car spent lot of time doing your job.i think you were worry more. Bout you getting paid that about customer, not good business. So you know have bought 3 Lexus Silverado many trucks vans look me up looking at range rover now but life will go on I will wait on my money so you who made a profit want have to wait. Very dissatisfied.
