I thoroughly enjoyed working with Brad. He was always proactive and kept me up to date during the entire repair process. The quality of work is exceptional, all of my concerns were not only addressed but they were handled in a professional manner and completed on time. My wife was in shambles, so upset after her wreck. I knew that HLC Charlotte has quality folks working there, and i didn't think twice to send her vehicle to y'all. Justin Ferencz was great! He kept me updated on the status of my wife's car daily. Upon completion her car looked excellent and was done in a timely fashion. Thank you so much!!

Quality of work seems good, feedback regarding expected completion date was lacking, I believe the customer deserves to know an approximate date so you have an idea as to how long it should take other wise it only makes the experience more stressful on both the customer and the point of contact in the office. Thanks, just trying to help

I loved the constant communication and ease of the process. Hertz was even nice enough to give me a hybrid, because they knew I had the electric BMW i3 being repaired. Great job!
