The lady's at reception were very helpful in getting me set up with my appointments, and getting me where I needed to go when I was in the office. Justin was very helpful with getting me set up and also letting me know what was or wasn't in my original estimate from the insurance company. He was also great at keeping me updates through the process and answering any questions I had.

While the car looks good, the service when I picked up was not what I expected... the young lady (no name, young, long black hair) was very nice and courteous (receptionist?) greeted me very nicely. I told her who I was and that I was there to pick up my car. I signed over the check. She said she would get someone to get my car for me. So I sat in the waiting area. She came back and "she" would be up in a few minutes. After 10 mins, the receptionist said she would get someone to go to the back and get her. After 15 mins I went to the counter and said "is there someone else who can get my car for me"? She said let me check. The recep. went to the back and came back and said she would be up here shortly. I then saw a woman with her purse walk to "her" office. I waited again another 15 mins and finally the woman with the purse came up and asked if I was Melanie ****. I told her I had a rental car, and showed her where it was and handed her the keys. She then walked me to my car and she checked to make sure there wasn't a paper mat on the floor. She told me about how I would be sent an email about my experience and hoped I would give a high rating. I told her I was not happy about waiting so long to get my car. I then left. I cannot believe I had to wait so long just to pick up my car.
