I felt that my car was there for more time than necessary. I understand there were delays not Their fault (It was Allstate’s fault) however the back end of my car’s time There dragged on! For example, my car was in paint for four days and then I received notices for two business days that my car was in clean up, (washing maybe) but that seems extreme. The repair for my car was a back bumper. Thats a lot of days In paint!

The service provided was simply the best. I was treated from the beginning professionally and respectfully. My car had special handling requirements for a second party which was paying for the repairs, the staff handled everything precisely without any hiccups at all. I rarely find a shop that does not come without some type of problem, not one thing I can honestly say disappointed me.
