It was a pleasure working with the crew at Hendrick Luxury Collision Center in Charlotte. They were courteous, prompt and kept me continually updated with the status of my vehicle on a daily basis despite the challenges we all faced at the onset of Covid-19. The body shop mess up the Computer system they brought it to Hendrick Lexus on independence to fix it not my alarm keeps going off.

Although it took longer than expected, I am satisfied with the results. One thing I would like to say that needs improvement is the e-mail feedback. I continue to receive notices that my car was in the paint shop even after I had taken possession of my vehicle. Thank you for your attention to this hiccup. Brenda S

I was not satisfied with customer service and the fact that the technician did not tell the truth about what happened to my battery. He did not advise me he was giving my battery to NAPA. When I asked him for it he said it was in the back. He never brought it out. I called NAPA and they said they picked it up when they delivered the new one. NAPA said they refunded the for the core however they charged me for a new one. They did not offer me a copy of the receipt I had to ask for it.

The repair took way to long. 6weeks and 2 days. I felt the dealings with my insurance company. Allstate was not in my best interest.

I never have to call or try guess about the status of my vehicle. I was informed as to what was going on with my vehicle and what the insurance company was doing to make the process longer. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional through the entire process.

My service advisor Karen and her assistant Alyssa were very helpful and was with me through the whole process.
