The quality of the work was great and the customer service conversations each associate I've worked with (Stephanie, Cory, Jax) were helpful, polite, and definitely met the standards I'd expect of Hendrick Luxury Collision. I can't say that I'm fully satisfied though because my car was in the shop for 81 days, and while I understand the first several days of that were navigating insurance supplements, there is no world in which that is an acceptable length of time for the work.

100% was not achieved. There was lack of communication and lack of follow through. End product was satisfactory, but it was not a well a ed road.

Negotiations with the insurance company took over 30 days. That seems like at least two weeks two long. The work itself was fine! I'm very happy with it. Fifty-eight days without my car was not acceptable.

Great experience from start to finish. Hendrick Luxury Collision was very thorough and comprehensive with all my hail damage PDR and re-assembly/new parts installation work. I had significant hail damage to my Mercedes and they met all my expectations. Thanks again!

Stephanie and the team did a wonderful job in completing my vehicle repairs. The weekly communication and assistance in dealing with my insurance provider was extremely helpful and put me at ease. My car looks as good as new. Thank you all!
