The steering wheel no longer aligns with the direction of the tires. It is cocked to one side when the tires are pointed straight ahead. This problem did not exist when the car was brought in. Thank you.

Received a text on Tuesday, **** Aug that my car was finished and ready for pickup, so I made special arrangements at work and stopped by to pick it up. When I arrived the cashier said she had nothing for me and challenged that I was notified that my car was ready (until I showed her the actual text). I spoke with the body shop manager the following day to inquire when my car would be ready and he confirmed that it would be ready by COB -- when I arrived, my car had not been washed or cleaned at all and still had the workmans paper on the floor. I would rate the bumper repair as minimal -- they fixed the tear in the bumper, but upon a good look in good light the curvature of the bumper is no longer uniform as it was prior to the accident.

Car was in your body shop for a week and a half. With such a long time, it would help to get a call a couple days before it's done to provide an update. For example, the original estimate was that it would be ready Wednesday, and it was clear that was just an estimate, no promises. But by Monday or Tuesday, just a message saying it would be ready soon but could slip to Thursday for example, would have helped our planning. In the event, I called for an update at 6:00 pm Wednesday after hearing nothing and was told I could pick it up the following morning.

Although my sensor was indeed repaired my vehicle did not return to me in the same condition in which I dropped it off to the repair shop. A technician completely forgot to replace a back trunk floor panel . Which means I once again have to take another day off of work to come down and have this panel re-installed . This is a complete waste of a customers time and these are the little things that the technicians should be checking for upon the completion of work to ensure that the vehicle is returned to the owner and the proper condition. In speaking with Krum about the issue he completely took a passive aggressive attitude as though Koons would be doing me a favor by reinstalling a panel which they neglected to do in the first place.
