The repairs were very good. Everything looks perfect. It just took an abnormally long time for the minor damage to be repaired. I did not feel my car was a priority maybe due to the insurance paying for it.

I picked up my car and upon getting home realized that the driver's side turn signal was not working. The left turn signal was part of the car where repairs were completed, so I was frustrated that this was not checked before I picked up my vehicle. When I called to schedule a time to bring my car back in, I was told I would get a call back and never received one.

The repair to my driver side window weather stripping seems to be unfinished because there is bubbling of the finish above where the repair was made. I would like that to be finished properly. I look forward to hearing from Koons on how this can be fixed. Thank you.

The basic repair was done well and in a timely manner. It was a little irritating that I was told it would be Tuesday that I would pick it up so I filled my rental car with gas and got it ready for a weekend trip then was told it was ready the Friday before and thus spent more on the rental than I needed to. I'd also pointed out a strip of rubber that had come loose on the roof and asked if that could be tacked down while it was in the shop and was told no problem but it wasn't done. So satisfied, absolutely, just not completely.

John Shaub provided exceptional customer service. The repair was completed on time and the quality is superb. John is a credit to the Geico organization as he handled the repair with professionalism, knowledge, and smooth interpersonal communication. Thanx to John and Geico for handling this repair so well. I've been a customer of Geico for 42 years and am always satisfied and glad I've stayed with Geico so long. I hope my rates might sometime be lower and that I will not be penalized for this minor incident as I have had no accidents or traffic citations over the past 20 or 30 years.

I chose Koons for my repair because I had used you before through Geico and it was a terrific experience. This, however, was far from that. The first problem is the car was done 2 after the original estimated date of completion. No big deal especially over the holiday weekend. The main problem is that when I received my car today the interior was a disaster. A layer of white dust covered the leather on both front seats, dash board, steering wheel, center console and doors. A layer of debris also covered the middle of the back seat. I didn’t notice this mess until I had sat down in the car so white dust was transferred in copious amounts to the back of my suit pants and jacket. I returned in the office and explained the situation and they immediately took my car back to the cleaners for additional work. It was returned about 10 minutes later and while slightly improved it had just looked like someone wiped a damp rag across a few surfaces and called it a day. White dust particles are still layered inside my air vents, in my dash close to the windshield and behind the steering wheel...basically all of the places where it would have taken some effort or care to clean. There is still debris on the back seat and in general my car is far dirtier than when I dropped it off. I am not happy especially because it was a newer car. The floor mat on the drivers side was also not installed but just tossed inside and looked as if it had been soiled while repairs were underway. I took pictures to document all of this. Rather than going back in the office a second time I left because I needed to get back to work. I will never be returned to Koons Body Shop again.
