Extremely pleased to see that the repair and paint resulted in our car looking like new altogether. Also happy that the car was ready a few hours ahead of time on Friday such that we avoided having to come pick up the car during afternoon rush hour.

When I picked my car after two days of body work, I said to myself these people do not stop when they are tired. They stop when they are done. Great job.

The automated texts from the repair shop were inaccurate and confusing. Speaking with the service manager was the only way to get accurate information. Based on one text received, my husband arrived at the shop only to be told "sorry, the car is not ready." Later when we received a different text, I waited 6 hours for the promised phone call which never came. I called and was told again the text was wrong. I did get a sincere apology. Given the choice to await the part or pick up the car, I picked up the car. It is unfinished and I will have to return again.

All went smoothly and I was very pleased with the helpful and friendly service.

I appreciated the professionalism of everyone - my repair looks great; estimate was spot on; thank you for cleaning and vacuuming the truck and thanks to Marlowe for the ride to the metro!!
