My repairs took a week, which the geico estimator quoted, so I was prepared even though my paperwork said four days. It would have been nice to have an update via text sometime during that week saying we were on track and my pickup date was still estimated to be a week after I dropped off. Other than that, my experience was good.

I wasn't able to pick up my car on time.. They extended it for me so I can pick it up the next day and I didn't have to pay extra for a rent a car ???? thank you

Techs turned on child lock so newly installed door wouldn't open automatically. Also burned through a gallon of gas. Low- fuel light not on and ****/4 tank when car dropped off. Tank on empty and fuel light on when car picked up.

I really appreciated the frequent updates on the repair status, but after taking two extra days to finish repairs, when I got my car home the passenger door (which was having the work done) would not open, so now I will have to take it in again.

Poor quality control. Car was delivered with a blown fuse and a broken door handle caused by repair shop. Bodywork repair can still be seen.

I appreciate your excellent communication throughout the process. It also helped to have a projected finish time from the start. When that was delayed a day, the continual email updates mitigated any potential downside that could have interfered with scheduling rental car, etc. Thanks!
