I had asked them to look at something COD while the car was in the shop. They circled the area with pink paint and then ignored the issue. So nothing was done

Jerry (do not have his card here and cannot remember his last name) was very pleasant and efficient. Liz, who called me several times when I was slow to make an appointment to come in after my replacement windshield came in, also was extremely pleasant and made me willing to respond right away, where a pushy person would have had the opposite effect on me. Reception/checkout lady was pleasant to deal with as well, and I appreciated one of the staff (can't remember his name; reception lady will know) giving me a ride home when I dropped the vehicle off, which saved me the cab fee. I was totally satisfied with my experience with the repair/body shop arm of Koons Falls Church, which was a pleasant surprise because I cannot say the same for my experiences with the sales/services operation a few blocks away. If I need body shop work again in the future, I will certainly bring my business to this facility again.

There was one point on my car that doesn't completely connect/conform to the rest and I considered the location of the issue to be completely relevant to what needed repaired from my accident
