The whole process was very smooth. It was a no-hassle service with very nice and attentive staff. The online updates on my estimate and repair were great. And my repair was completed two days ahead of schedule. Overall, I was very impressed with their professionalism, their work, and their accommodations.

I was rather disappointed with my service experience. When I picked up my car your shop had put a bunch of scratches on my right front corner panel. Keep in mind that you repaired the rear end of the vehicle. I would have anticipated your shop would have taken great care while repairing the rear end body damage. Very thankful Geico had taken a number of pictures when I dropped the car off in order to prove the damage done by your shop. Secondly, you repaired the rear end of the car, but failed to ensure the trunk lid opened and closed properly. And the trunk lid was not close to being flush with the rear corner panels when the trunk was shut. Very very disappointed with my experience. I would have anticipated your internal quality control procedures would have prevented you delivering my vehicle to me in this shape.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. Only took 2 days for repairs, that's awesome! They made sure everything was perfect before I left the lot. I was very satisfied with my experience. I also really appreciated the wash and buff!! Looks like a brand new car!! Thanks everyone from Great Plains auto body!! Every one of you do great jobs!

Working with Great Plains Auto Body was a great experience. The convenience of having Geico representatives there was a great relief as well in the stressful time after getting my car broken into. I felt completely taken care of and it almost felt too easy. I expected there to be more work on my end but you guys took care of everything. I also appreciated all of the updates by phone and email throughout the process and was very happy with the finished job. My car looks great! I would definitely recommend Great Plains to anyone else needing work done on their car.

Great job getting the work done early and I appreciated how clean the car was when I picked it up. The only real criticism I can have is not having my rental car ready to go when I dropped my car off but that was more on the rental company.

It was really helpful to get daily updates about the status of my vehicle. Also, the fact I didn't have to travel to get a rental car no return it was a major help to me. The people I talked to you were extremely helpful, kind and funny. The process was painless and the work seems fantastic.
