Nobody called to let me know it was ready. It wasn't washed when I picked it up as I was told it would be. The individual on Sat. acted as if It was my duty to call my estimator and argue with him as opposed to offering to get it done or apologizing or for even looking up my info to see if it were part of the repairs. I assume it's common practice as most body repair shops wash the car after completion of the work. I was impressed with Chris on Friday. He communicated well and I was glad you got right to work on it. The follow up on Sat. was poor.
