The questions I had were answered. Be careful not to dismiss females with “oh it’s nothing”; I didn’t feel that you did that but you could have so just be careful in future. My back windshield wiper is sitting in a wrong resting position than how it was before repairs and is no longer wiping water. I hope to have my husband bring the vehicle in to have this fixed properly...it was fine before and I am confused as to why it was messed with at all.

You know, things just aren't done well like they used to back in the day when things used to be worth the money you spent. I got my bumper fixed, but, that's all the was fixed. The outside, visual part of the front of my car. I would have thought for an actual price of over $****,000 that replacement of the plastic interior and clips that hold the bumper on would have been part of the repair. There's a nail sticking out. There's visible glue left on the hood. There's a scratch on the side where the new paint job was done. It's just very disappointing!

Hodges provided excellent service during the repair of my company vehicle. Donny was curtious and promptly answered all my questions. From the time I dropped it off until he called to pick it up, Hodges communicated the repair progress on a daily basis and completed my repair on time.

The best repair encounter that I have ever experienced. They treated my car as if it was their own and even had floor mats in the floor and had cleaned my car. This is the best place ever! My rental car experience was also awesome. All in one place, I didn't have to go to another place to get the rental. Hodges Collision Center cares about the customer. Cannot say enough about the service.
