I have never had such a positive experience with an auto body shop like I just had with Hodges #2. I was contacted everyday, via text, with an update. The work was spectacular and fast. I highly recommend this shop.

We brought our Mazda CX-5 car to this location because we had excellent service and satisfaction the first time with our Toyota Highlander. We appreciated the customer service in the beginning and the staff was very understanding about our concerns and specifications. However, we have brought the car in three times because of issues we kept finding on the car. The buffing and paint job was not done well at all causing us to continually come back to the location. We brought the vehicle again, and they continually stood by the fact that there were spots on the car door and that it was in perfect condition. After almost thirty to forty minutes of arguing, the vehicle was brought to the back. The issue of the paint was resolved, but the customer service was sub par. The dent that was supposedly "fixed" left an uneven surface on the door. The staff refused to see what we were seeing as the customer. We also found additional marks/damage to our steering wheel and when we expressed our concern, Chuck, the manager took the vehicle to the back. There was additional markings to the steering wheel when he brought the vehicle back, and he refused to admit that was any damage and said he would not replace it or compensate for it. We appreciate the staff working hard to meet our needs, but we strongly feel the attitude and condescending tone was unnecessary. If the collision center was truly doing quality work, the issue would be solved the first time around.

You did a beautiful job on the repair and my cat looks great inside and out. I love the pads in the cup holders! If I need a repair or paint job I'll definitely be coming back. I also love the text messages.

Every thing was done that was discussed plus extra. They went beyond expectations. I appreciated the daily updates. I would recommend Hodges to others. Thanks!

Prolong delays, poor communication, drain battery when got car and battery would take a charge, asked for the company to reimburse for new battery and never received a call back. Very disappointed

The craftsmanship of my car repair was superb. The customer service was attentive and timely. It took exactly the amount of time they said it would take to complete the job - even during high humidity and a succession of thunderstorms and local flooding occurring. It costed exactly the amount they said it would cost. I really loved having the text updates on my phone...and being able to send them short messages during that time when it was necessary and relevant to the job at hand. I also love the life time warranty. If the paint cracks in ten years, they want to hear from me and fix it. I can't say enough great things about Hodges Collision. Thanks! MAV
