Todd was great to work with and as best as I can see so far all the hail dents were removed.

The total bill was more than 10,000 grand. My understanding was that the whole car would need new paint since the hail dents were a lot. I was also told that probably it need new roof and new hood but when I pick the car there were minor old scratches here and there, door dings etc. After pointing those out the answer was that they did paint less repair for the hail damage and these minor scratches were not covered in it. Next day I notice that the windshield is missing all the registration, inspection, and toll tag stickers. I thought they must be in the glove compartment but they were not there or anywhere else. Moreover I also notice last evening that the handle in the back above the door is broken/missing. I think it's very unprofessional way of handing the car to the customer without inspecting it properly. I will contact the shop soon to ask about these missing items.

It was nice to work with Todd, he handled Farmers for me and would call and update me with progress or delays, not leaving me wonder how things were going. When I dropped the car off, Todd did not give me unrealistic expectations and even had a good conversation with the manager, Jared Carnes, which was a nice touch to the experience. When I picked the car up Todd was very courteous and the car looked great. I appreciate the professionalism of Lute Riley Auto Body and would trust them with my vehicle in the future.

My bumper looks good as new, and to top it off, the repair shop workers washed my car and vacuumed it. My car looks so so good now. I am absolutely satisfied, 100%!

Everyone and everything was very professional unlike some experiences I have had in the past. Workmanship was excellent - all deadlines and expectations were met or exceeded. Todd is the guy who made it all happen - he's great!
