The car took almost 5 weeks to get fixed. While I understand more damage was found during the repairs and additional approvals were required it was still frustrating for the work to take that long. There are still noticeable issues with the car. It was my understanding that the right front wheel would be replaced. However it was only buffed out. There are multiple blemishes on the wheel. The battery was replaced due to age. The car has reset itself electronically twice since getting it back on 12/21. Both times while driving the vehicle. The driver side door lock has an issue as well. None of these issues were occurring prior to the accident.

Mike Adams and whole team gave great service. While repair was delayed, it was because your team would only accept the right part in perfect condition, which I appreciate. I was kept informed, my rental was extended as needed, and Mike even drove in rush hour Friday holiday traffic to get lock nuts for my Infiniti before weekend. He also tolerated a lot of silly questions from me. That was all above and beyond. Much appreciated.

It really meant alot to get such good service because it is not fun to get your car damaged by someone else. The amount of time spent talking to insurance adjusters and having to take your car in for repairs is a waste of valuable time. All your efforts were greatly appreciated.
