Aside from being in an accident, the entire experience with Geico claims, Severn Auto Body, and Enterprise has been very positive. Everyone has been very nice and accommodating. Severn Auto Body did a great job repairing my car. It looks just like new. And the turnaround was very quick. I was in on Tuesday and it was ready Thursday evening (although I didn't pick it up until Friday morning due to my schedule). Thank you again for the professional and friendly manner you showed me. I really appreciated it.

Car wasn't ready on promised day but all the work done was great. Main reason i wasn't satisfied has to do with Enterprise. The Rental car was a disaster. Found old clothes, a cd, makeup, and a half filled bottle of wine when i picked up the rental. Overall the work Severn did I was happy with, but because of the rental car it really ruined the experience and unfortunately tainted the satisfaction i would of had with Severn Auto Body.

Great job! I was just disappointed a wire was left hanging out of the dash board and was not placed back where it was before the repair. Otherwise, repair was excellent.

Incomplete repair of vehicle. Inability to record nature of the repairs required, and inability to record repairs required. Further, vehicle was reported to be ready Monday, June 01, and then Tuesday June 02. It was eventually completed Wednesday June 03. HOWEVER, existing repairs needed. ****) below hood number grill not done. 2) existing minor abrasions not buffed and polished. This was a bad and irritating experience. I am both disappointed and seriously angered at the lack of professionalism. Thank you.

They were supposed to replace my grill on the car and charged me for it and didn't. I had to leave it there another night to get it. They were rude and non apologetic for me having to take off early again because they tried to rip me off hoping I would not notice the grill.

Overall, a sloppy job. The rubber order the trim wasn't put back right. The rubber molding on the drivers window was hanging down and the drivers arm rest and handle are full of ground in white dust

All of your staff was very professional from the moment I walked in the door. I can't remember every one's name but the young (blond) lady who greeted me was very pleasant and helpful. I especially remember an employee named Chris, who was very attentive in guiding me through the entire process. And the young lady who was the Enterprise car rental representative was also very helpful. I was very happy with how quickly my vehicle was repaired and the quality of the work performed. Even when I came back to get my vehicle, your employees were fun to talk to and even commented on my Eskimo hat. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend your company to others who need your services.

The work was incomplete and the car was not customer ready at pickup. Brandon had agreed to have a small dent in the driver's door fixed for 100 stating in his words "the normal charge is 175 but given the size of the rest of the job we can get that down to 100." At the time of our original discussion - when I authorized the job - I asked Brandon for a copy of the quote which he promised to email to me ... though he never did. When I arrived to pick up the van the dent was not fixed. Brandon stated that he thought I would only fix it for the agreed price so he simply did not call me to tell me that he had changed his mind. Both Power doors were disabled at pickup time and masking tape glue was still on the left side of the car.
