The whole needing an appointment and not being told that, then having to come back 3 hours later was a little frustrating so I think letting the insurance companies you work with know this and the customer would be helpful.

My only comment is someone took the coins from the coin holder which is on the door . . .drivers side. It totalled about 8. Otherwise great service.
