only suggestion is that I only interacted with the Geico rep. I actually had a couple of old dings that could have been taken care of while you were painting/buffing out the car. I'm sure Geico wouldn't want to pay for a rental any longer than needed for their repairs but it would have been good to have gotten a call from your shop asking if I was interested in fixing anything else. One part was forgotten about, so it was put on the car out in the front lot as I was leaving. It was dark outside, so a cell phone was used to provide light (just the screen, not the flashlight feature) for the procedure. When I saw it in the light after arriving home, it was apparent the part--a black piece that adheres to the top of the back bumper--was applied pretty crookedly. Aside from that, there is also a fair bit of wind noise coming from the driver's side of the vehicle when it is being driven that I cannot figure out.

THANK YOU for your exemplary customer service and making such a upsetting and frustrating experience a happy one in the end. The staff at Severn was professional, empathetic and personable throughout. Since it has been overcast, it's difficult to appreciate the full body of work, however, from what I can see now, my car looks like new. Again. my heartfelt appreciation!!!!

I received little to no information during the repair process. I believe The new hood was not installed correctly, the hood guard does not sit cleanly with the windshield like when originally purchased.
