The length of time it took to get my car back. There's only 40 man hours and my car was in the shop for an entire month. And also I would appreciate calls instead of emails which I put as a preference so I know the timeline of my car getting ready. And it's better customer service

The service, the work and the people are all absolutely great. My service manager, Ryan, was excellent: he accurately estimated the cost of the work, consulted with me before doing any work, and kept me apprised of the status of the job. He and all the people there were courteous, professional and friendly including the Enterprise Car folks. The job was very well done - I have only praise for the people, the place and the work!

Loved the convenience offered from the start. GEICO got me an appt the morning after my accident and Enterprise was right on the premises. The work was completed early, although there is a single spot on the wheel rim that needs to be addressed. The staff was professional and the waiting room clean. And although I hope to never need them again, I would definitely recommend the company to others.
