We were very impressed with the customer service at J & R...Scott Sapp was wonderful to work with. We appreciated his professionalism. He kept us very informed and appreciated him dealing with insurance and making it easier on us. The body shop guys did a fantastic job and a BIG thank you for cleaning the inside and out of our vehicle, that was a nice surprise..You are to be commended on the great business you have, wonderful employees and professionalism.....
