The team at Francesco understood my “stress” of having just been involved in a collision. They walked me through the whole repair process and answered all my questions. Mark was kind enough to back my rental car out of the parking lot that first day! All I had to do was check my text messages to see how the work was progressing. My car now looks great, it is sparkling clean inside and out and was ready exactly when Francesco promised! I hope not to need more auto body work any time soon, but would absolutely use them again ! Mark was professional and direct. The mechanics did a great job with my car. My only concern was that I was informed that messages were left to verify if specific work should be done but I never received any messages. I would have liked if alternate communication (i.e email) was used for verification. Otherwise, I was very satisfied as a new customer.
