I was treated well by the staff at Defouw Collision. When my car was delayed due to a missing part the staff was unable to contact me because they were busy helping other customers. When I arrived after dropping off my rental car, I was left with needing to figure out someway of getting my car during the time I was working. To my surprise, the staff arranged for my car to be brought to me when it was finally completed. I was greatly surprised and appreciative.

Poor communication between me, your sales reps, and the shop floor caused considerable confusion on when my vehicle was to be ready. This made me change my work schedule several time. My employer was not happy about me not being available.
