It took over 2 weeks to repair our vehicle. While the time it took seemed a little long, the total lack of communication from Tamaroff made it worse. I had to call to get any update. The "automated" system that sent e-mails only sent an update if I called, and one of the updates simply said to expect an update. Overall, communication about the progress of a repair that took a long time was very poor.

I have not had the opportunity to really check my vehicle out yet I picked it up late - I did notice that the clock had been reset to the incorrect time. However if I come across any issues I will give the location a call.
I think doing a physical walk around of the vehicle - indicating some of the work that had been done would have been nice.
