The turn signal went out when my car was hit. I told the original Tamaroff employee at the estimate, and reminded the Tamaroff employee when I scheduled the repair. I picked my Jeep up last night and the code was reset, this morning while on my way to work the turn signal message came back on, it was not repaired with bumper and light cover.

Drivers side mirror is incorrect. it is 2" shorter than the correct mirror, it is missing the blind spot section and it should be heated. There are pry marks on the inner door handle that look atrocious. The carpet clip is not bolted to the floor. Found rear speaker cover loose. There is a rattle in the driver door. The body work looks nice and the vehicle drives well.

I had my car repaired after it was involved in a collision. After I brought the car in for repairs, I was first told that I would be able to get it back after 3-4 days, I received an automated text on the 4th day that it would not make it to the promised deadline, made a call to the shop and spoke w/ the person doing the repairs. Was told that it should be ready after 4 more days. Called again 4 days later, and was told it should probably be ready by the following day. Same thing happened the day after that. I did not get any updates anymore on those last several days even though everytime I call, I was told that somebody would call be back the following day once the car is ready. I had to call the shop to ask on those days promised and the date for pick up keeps getting pushed back. Ended up not getting the car until 10 days after I first brought it in. It would have been appreciated had I been notified ahead of time regarding the delays in pick up. I ended up having problems with alternative transportation while waiting on that last stretch.
Repairs-wise though, I am completely satisfied with how the car looks and drives once I got it back. I also appreciate that every time I call for updates, people I have spoken with are nice and patient enough to explain what caused the delays.
