First, I was offered an appearance allowance which would cover the deductible that I owed. Once I got there the Geico representative said he forgot what the appearance allowance was for so now he's not going to waive my deductible unless I could figure out one of the three items that he was going to give me an appearance allowance for. I thought that was unprofessional. Secondly, I drove 40 miles to this location after being told me vehicle was ready, when I got there I noticed that I still have scratches on the front of my bumper as well as on my mirror, also there was some type of compound on my front bumper and after waiting I wad told I could not leave with my vehicle which could have been avoided. Thirdly, one of the repairs that should have been completed was considered to be "wear and tear" however I know that the impact of the collision caused the damage to my axle the way it my truck was sitting on two wheels for an extended amount of time and I feel like Geico was being cheap by not choosing to fix it but the fixed something semi-related to it only because they had no choice. I've been inconvenienced by having to come out of my way to pick up a car that was not done!

I am actually posting on FB about it now. Alex was so helpful. I was nicely surprized to have my car ready to go as quickly as it was. Alex went to bat for me with the insurance company, and got my car restored the way I needed. This is the second "act of God" Classic Collision has fixed for me. Great job, and excellent service from Alex!

Everyone was friendly and get professional. Crystal and Steve were awesome and always put me up to date with my car. The gentleman who gave me my keys (sorry I forgot your name) was very nice provided details and walk thru of my car and answered all my questions. Thank you and keep up the great work.

****. Not delivered on time. i got message that car will be delivered by 12/28 or 12/29 of 2017 but it was delayed and delivered on ****/2/2018. 2. I waited for more than a hour while picking up. 3. Repair was not 100% complete. One item part is still pending and it was not even checked before delivering. I checked and found that.

I love the fact that I was greeted right away when I walked in the way that I was treated was wonderful customer service was excellent every question I had was answered and when I got my Jeep back the guys in the back that worked on my Jeep it is super job cleaning it which I was not expecting there was things cleaned in my car that I couldn't even get cleaned everything was done nicely and they way everyone was acting was wonderful you guys went above and beyond I'm very impressed it's very nice to go somewhere and be treated really well especially nowadays thank you guys very much

The entire experience could not have been better. Alex made everything easy! He was awesome throughout the entire process! He kept me informed every step of the way. He was more than helpful. Classic Collision of Marietta is the best experience that I have ever had with a collision repair. I hope to never have another MVA. But, if I do, I’m going to ask for Alex at Classic Collision of Marietta. Thanks so much guys! The car looks great!

Jordan was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated via text on the status of my car, and she would call when things were going to take a little longer than expected. When I came to pick up my car, it looked great! Looked like it had never been hit and it was freshly washed! I am definitely satisfied with the great service I received with Classic Collision, and I told Jordan that she made a difficult situation much much easier!
