Smooth and easy process

Very friendly staff at CC and at Enterprise Rentals. I had a minor repair & it was completed very quickly. My car was detailed inside & out & it looked great.

The repair was a lengthy process due to Holidays and delays on parts but Lee kept the lines of communication opens and frequently send updates. A true testament of customer service!

The representatives were fantastic about keeping me updated on the status of my car and answering any questions I had. The only complaint I have is; my car was scheduled to be done on a Friday and got delayed till the following Monday because the painters missed painting the door handle and side mirror.

They always go ABOVE AND BEYOND what is required. Their work is TOP TIER!! I will DEFINITELY recommend Classic Collision!!

I have had prior work done on my vehicles with Classic Collision. I was very impressed with your service on both of these first two occasions. Obviously, this was why I chose to have your company repair the damages on my vehicle again. After meeting and working with Mr. Lee Smolen, I realized there was much more to my experience. From the vey outset, Lee, was very polite and respectful. He was also very knowledgeable and reassuring regarding the work that would be performed. I waited half an hour when when I dropped off my car before anyone helped me. Customer service was just non-existent. I never received one phone call giving me the status of my vehicle - or that it was ready. I found out that my cat was ready from the car rental facility. They know my car was ready and wanted their car back. That’s how I learned that my car was ready. I will not recommend it to my friends and coworkers.
