Our experience with CC was as wonderful as it could have been. Shane was amazing and I appreciate all of his help. We had a sticky situation with our accident (we had a family member driving my car rear end my husband's car), and he understood the uncomfortable situation it was but took the time to make us feel at ease and explain what needed to be done. We were clear on the damage and what needed to be done, and upon arrival to pick it up, he took the time to ask about and discuss with me the damage to our other car and gave me significant relief after that conversation as well. Also, we appreciate the prompt service. Huge shout out to Shane!

This the second time I’ve used Classic Collision. A few years ago after I took out the entire right side of my 5 series Bimmer you made it look like new. This time you repaired my driver side mirror on my Acura. I purchased a used mirror that was somewhat damaged. You repaired repainted and installed it perfectly. Great service on pick up and everything seems in order for the most part, but I do have quite a few oil stain and streaks in the interior of the car as well as a few other things that appear to have come about during maintenance.

Lauren did a great job greeting me and providing the estimate on our car repair. She communicated very well with us and I'm sure pulled some strings to get it ready a day ahead of time as my daughter had to head back to Nashville. I came in n frustrated with the insurance company and upset that no one was able to help me the first 10 minuets I walked into the building; but Marco walked in to ask if I needed help and assisted me beyond words can explain!
