Repaired area looked perfect like straight from the factory. Car was clean with the exception of some residue from the crash wrap left on the opposite side of the repaired area and top. Overall very please with the communication, timely repair, craftsmanship of the work done and friendly people. Thanks

There was miscommunication with Shane re.: a dent on the right rear door that I thought was caused by running over or being hit by flying debris that was not fixed.

The holder for the vanity plate was not replaced. I was told it will be ordered and I can pick it up next week. Otherwise Classic Collision did a great job. Lee and Shane were great to work with. Also the young lady who is the receptionist was terrific.

3 day repair took 15 days. Had to constantly call and check on the status. Got emails for 5 days in a row saying the car would be ready the next day and it was not. Was told the hold up was waiting on the grill but the grill was the most obvious damage. Why was my appointment not changed if the grill takes so long to order?
