Classic Collision of Sandy Springs

While I was completely satisfied with the way in which Nathan informed me with timely updates, to include his awesome professionalism, I was not pleased that my passenger side tint on the window was damaged. It was not damaged when they picked up my car to repair it following the wreck. However, Nathan has informed me along with Progressive Insurance that it will be repaired. I was also informed by both Progressive Insurance and Nathan that the protective coating and seal for my car will be put back on within thirty days in order to allow the paint to cure first. With all this being said, I am pleased with the way in which Nathan listen to me and is working with Progressive Insurance to resolve the problems. Nathan represents Classic Collision very well. Classic Collision is blessed to have Nathan as a part of their team.

Communication was lacking. In addition my car is a mess. Paint on rear lights. Not buffed. Wax all over including trim. Door interior weird stains. See you Monday morning to correct.

When I needed work done on my Mercedes, I was looking for a place that was more than just a 'body shop'. Classic Collision came highly recommended by one person so I went over. From the first phone call to ask about it to the final pick up of my repaired car, it was a great experience because they took care of everything from dealing w/ the other person's insurance to even having a rental car agency on site.
