The car looks great, and you did a terrific job on the repairs. The inside of the car, however, was very dirty. Dust/dirt was everywhere - on the dash, the rearview mirror, the steering wheel. I was actually very surprised.

Took more than 2 months to obtain the part we needed for repair. After calling multiple times for updates on the progress, I was told the part had not been ordered for an extended period of time. During this process, no one ever reached out to me to provide updates at any point. Furthermore, once the part actually arrived (only a few days after the error was discovered), we again failed to hear any updates about the status of our repair. We left our car with you on a Monday. I had been told that if no additional parts were needed, it would be ready before the weekend. However, by Thursday afternoon I still had not heard any updates. I had to call multiple times to get any answers, and when I was finally able to get Mike on the phone, he told me the diagnostics for my car had not been performed yet and that he couldn’t tell me if my car would be ready before the weekend. I did not hear from him again until Friday after 3PM to tell me the car was ready. By that time, we were not able to arrange to pick up the car until Monday. Overall my experience was extremely frustrating, with unprofessional behavior and a lack of urgency exhibited at every point. I will absolutely never bring any car to be serviced ever again. We only used you because my insurance made us. I would rather pay out of pocked than experience the way you treat your customers again.

The damage to our car was the front bumper, front part of hood and left headlight. In addition to repairing the damage the headlight was replaced. We picked up the car late in afternoon Friday, December 20, 2019. Soon after we got home we realized the replaced headlight WAS NOT working. Do you not have any quality control? Who checked the car when work was completed? A non-working headlight is a very dangerous condition. Now we have to take our time and go back to your facility to have the problem corrected. I payed you approximately $4,000 and am not happy with the result. My wife will bring the car back to your facility Monday morning, December 23, expecting immediate resolution. If not immediately resolved, I will instruct American Express to withdraw payment due to inadequate repair work, which will prolong payment to you by at least a couple of months. I suggest you enhance your inspection process prior to giving vehicles back to customers. This makes the entire repair suspect. Herb Porath

Mr. Lee Smolen was awesome from the very beginning of this process handling my USAA claim all the way through to completion. He's extremely detailed and very attentive to his customers. He communicated consistently with me through out the steps of this process, which was very much appreciated in returning my truck to its original state. The shop staff as a whole was a pleasure to work with as well and I could tell that as soon as I walked through the doors. If I ever need anything in the future with any of my vehicles, this will definitely be my 1st stop. I will be referring the Sandy Springs location to everyone who asks me for any collision advice going forward.

Mr. Lee Smolen was an excellent service rep. He was thorough, courtesy, attentive, and communicated well with me during my car's repairs. Also, my enterprise rep onsite was efficient and helpful. Very good to have them as an option onsite.
