There is an obvious difference in the new and old paint. The newly painted fender flair is scuffed pretty bad from the horrible wash job, and soap was dirty water was left to dry on the top. I’m very disappointed in this work. I specifically chose classic because past work I’ve had done there, the paint was blended into adjacent panels to mask the new and old paint. This repair was not the same quality.

Allow me to preface this this review by saying that the repair/workmanship was excellent. Mike's customer service was 1st class as well. However I noticed that my vehicle's console and glove compartment had been rummaged through and all of my loose change and single were stolen from my dash drawer. My intention was to write a gleaming review online, but I can no longer do that. I also had every intention of bringing the GL back to get a new running board on the driver's side, but I feel as though I am also unable to do that. It was a very unsettling feeling to be robbed; although we're talking about loose change and singles, the money still belonged to me. It surprised me how something so seemingly insignificant upset me. I felt violated.

Classic collision allowed me to pick up my car in a much worse condition than before my repair! Internally my steering wheel has completely stopped working and my tire pressure light will not go off. I will be making my 3rd visit to them, after picking up my “completely repaired car” tomorrow. Despite me letting them know that my car had internal problems, instead of them willing to assist me with the issue, they immediately recommended that “I” take it to Mercedes. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I should’ve never been told that my car was ready for pick up, and it was NOT! Although it’s just a tire pressure light, its a problem that I previously didn’t have, and it’s another bill for me. The manager advised that I wait an additional 45 mins to speak with a manager about getting another rental car after I’d been at the shop for 2.5 hours already. UNACCEPTABLE! This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will NEVER let them work on any form of my transportation in the future! Even after the problems are fixed, I will not go through this with them again!
