I did speak with Shawn and we reviewed the bumper and later sent pics of more problems I found after bringing the car home to wash and detail it. The front bumper, (I would attach pics here if I could) the front bumper had a knick in it, shawn said he would take care of it on Dec 6th when I came back to have the 3M paint protection film put on. Let me just do this. Here is a list of problems ****. Knick on front bumper 2. Also found a bubble on front bumper, looks like dirt spec underneath that was painted over. 3. There was polish all over the front of the bumper 4. Black sticky residue of some kind all over the bumper. Looked like from tape, but unsure why because it was suppose to be a brand new bumper. So not sure what was taped off. 5. Passenger side headlight was NOT aligned properly, so was pointing at the ground. I ADJUSTED IT. 6. Hood has two bubbles in the paint. Car was wash and cleaned when I picked it up, but there was a lot of residue from the polish all over the car, in the corners of the lights, frunk lid, and grill, and also the BMW logo on the hood. The other location said they would take it all off to repaint the hood. This looks to have been taped. To remove the emblem, its just one nut. One other problem I had, was the car seems to have been parked outside under trees. I have leaves, pine needles and etc in every crevice and corner that will take forever to get out. I have talked to shawn about the knick and the bubble, the other issues only came to my attention later in the day when I was cleaning the car. Your team is amazing, From Marnee at the front desk, who does an amazing and very capable job orchestrating what would appear to be the controlled chaos of such a busy place, to my service contact Shawn King who got me right in, and turned the car around in record time and the results were absolutely perfect. My 2018 MB S450 (with only 400 miles!) is AS-NEW again! Your shop is the best and your people are even better. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Hope I never need to see you folks again, but if I do there's no doubt where I'll be going and who I'll ask for. I will recommend you highly. George H
